As part of the global Filipino diaspora, I grew up crossing continents to visit and connect with family and friends. They emphasized the importance of traveling responsibly: learning about different cultures, trying new foods, and respecting every person we cross paths with. I’m humbled to share some of these lessons with you here.

I’m a student of life, for life - which is kind of a cliché way to say that I’m a nerd, basically. I enjoy subjects in science and philosophy and enjoy understanding how systems work. Global mental health research and advocacy are my current foci but I’m happy to share my past projects on here as well for you to explore!
